About SCC

SIA SCC is a construction company with experience in projects in Latvia and across Europe. We specialise in utility networks, construction, reconstruction and installation works.

We combine practical construction site experience with project management. For each project, we assess the most suitable solution, work sequence and resources to carry the client’s idea through to handover.

Our work is based on a competent team, clear communication and a responsible attitude towards people and the environment.

Kaspars Seržants

Head of SIA SCC · more than 15 years of experience in construction

My journey in construction began as a labourer on a construction site and continued to running my own company. I have worked for large Latvian construction companies and managed projects in Latvia and Europe.

I established SCC by bringing together experienced specialists. Experience gained on construction sites helps me understand both the client’s goals and the practical challenges of each project.
